The Ted and Robin thing is getting RIDICULOUS. We have known since the very first episode that she is not the mother. I obviously understand the whole Ted and Robin dating thing in season 2. Ted needed to date her to realize that they wanted different things in life. That needed to happen. And him taking a couple years to get over her was understandable. He loved her and it’s hard to get over love sometimes. Especially when it’s someone who you thought was your dream person for so long. But now, it is dumb. The Ted and Robin thing is beyond pointless…because we know Ted meets the mother at Robin & Barney’s wedding. We know the wedding happens. We know Ted does not get Robin in the end. Ted and Robin is now something the show throws in when they need to fill some space…or they need some drama to make the show more intense. I don’t care if you ship Barney and Robin or not. It is not about that. It is about the fact that having Ted and Robin love drama is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper redundant, pointless, and ridiculous now. AHHH.
